Sales Representative

Position Summary

Caddy Robotics is seeking a Sales Representative with solid sales experience in the hospitality industry to join our salesforce. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s business by selling various service robots to new and existing clients nationwide. We are looking for proactive, motivated, and coachable individuals. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients through prospecting and creating sales opportunities. 

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell service robots to new and existing clients
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients, update client databases, and maintain a personal log of your contacts.
  • Set and meet monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals.
  • Meet designated sales by customizing marketing strategies to sell service robots to businesses or individual owners.
  • Research previous successful sale cases to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved.
  • Reviewing the progress and success of sales, adjusting, or pitching ideas for new sales as necessary.

 

Requirements

  • Existing experience in the hospitality industry equipment, RAAS service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills, Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • You’re self-motivated, persuasive, and results oriented.
  • Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications.

Job Type: Part-time, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role after 3 months.

Location: 100% remote, Flexible work hours.

SUPPORT Technician

Position Summary

Caddy Robotics is seeking a technician with customer service experience in the hospitality industry to join our customer technical support team. You will provide technical service for various service robots to new and existing clients local to your home.

Responsibilities

  • Installs and tests service robots to make sure they work correctly.
  • Follows installation and operation manuals.
  • Responds to service requests and repair products.
  • Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.
  • Teaches customers how to use their products.
  • Escalates issues to managers promptly.
  • Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment.
  • Writes service reports after every appointment.
  • Collaborates with managers and other service technicians.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards

Job Type: Hourly based part time, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role after 3 months.
