Will customers tip less?
Our experience with restaurants who are currently using robots is that robot have no impact on the amount of tips that the customers are giving. The main reason for this is because as a general consensus customers do appreciate having the robots as part of dining experience, and if the waiting staff can take advantages of the robots, staff can spend more quality time entertaining the customers; and that will be more appreciated by customers.
